The Kits
What exactly is a VettedArc kit?
A VettedArc kit is a professionally written, fully editable PDF document that covers your entire client onboarding process — from the first welcome email to the final offboarding checklist. Every word is already written. You replace [BRACKETED] placeholders with your own name, rates, and business details, then send it to your next client.
How is this different from a generic template I can find for free?
Generic templates give you empty fields and a basic structure. VettedArc kits have the actual copy written — the welcome letter, the intake questionnaire questions, the FAQ answers, the email templates. Each kit is also niche-specific, so an SMM kit includes retainer pricing and content calendars, while a Bookkeeper kit includes a data security policy. You're not filling in blanks — you're making light edits to professional copy.
Do the kits work for any freelance niche?
We have 5 niche-specific kits: Social Media Manager, Virtual Assistant, Graphic Designer, Freelance Bookkeeper, and Freelance Copywriter. There's also a general Freelancer Kit included in the bundle that works across niches. If your niche isn't listed, the general kit or your closest match will still save significant time.
How many pages are in each kit?
SMM, VA, Designer, and Bookkeeper kits are 17 pages each. The Copywriter kit is 14 pages. The bundle includes all 5 kits for 82 pages total and 25 done-for-you email templates.
Purchasing & Access
How do I get access after purchase?
Immediately. You receive a download link the moment your payment is processed. No waiting, no email confirmation delays. Your files are yours forever — download them to your device right away.
What format are the kits in?
PDF. You can open, edit, and fill in the kits using Adobe Acrobat (free version works), Preview on Mac, Google Drive, or import into Canva for design customization. Instructions are included inside each kit.
Can I use the kit for multiple clients?
Yes — and that's exactly the point. You buy once and use the kit for every client in that niche, forever. Save a master copy with your business details filled in, then duplicate it per client and add their specific project information.
Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?
One-time purchase. No subscriptions, no recurring fees, no gating updates behind a paywall. You buy the kit, it's yours indefinitely.
Refunds & Guarantee
What's your refund policy?
We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee. If the kit doesn't work for your business for any reason, email support@vettedarc.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you completely, no questions asked.
Can I get a refund on the bundle?
Yes — the same 30-day guarantee applies to the bundle. If you've purchased the bundle and it's not what you needed, contact us within 30 days.
Is there a free sample I can try first?
Yes. You can download a free preview of the general Freelancer Kit from the shop page to see the format, layout, and copy quality before purchasing.
Using the Kits
How long does it take to customize a kit?
Most freelancers complete the customization in 15–30 minutes. You replace your name, business name, email, rates, and any service-specific details. The structural copy — the welcome letter, FAQ answers, email templates — is already written and ready to use as-is or with minor adjustments.
Do I need design software?
No. Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) is enough to fill in form fields. If you want to change fonts, colors, or add your logo, you can import the kit into Canva or Google Docs — both free. The kit doesn't require Photoshop, InDesign, or any paid design tool.
Can I add my own branding?
Yes. The kits are fully editable. You can change fonts, colors, add your logo, and adjust the layout in Canva or any PDF editor. Instructions for importing into Canva are included in the kit.
Can I use this kit if I'm just starting out with no clients yet?
Absolutely — this is actually the best time to set it up. Having a polished onboarding kit from day one positions you as a professional before you've had a chance to prove it through work. Many new freelancers report that clients comment on their professionalism during onboarding.
